Erin was recommended to us by an agent in another city. We could not be more pleased. Even during the midst of the pandemic she sold our home with 5 showings and within 30 days. Had this been a normal market I believe she would have had a contract within hours. We followed the staging recommendation which proved to make the home very attractive. She and Christine were diligent during our absence to ensure the house was prepped for showing, and after the contract was agreed, the superior service continued with assistance in securing talent for some minor repairs necessary. Also, the concierge service saved us significant cost with a preferred packing and moving company. I wish there was a 10 star option, I would have used that rating.
